What kind of documentation does the rental service require?

Valid driver license and passport. 


What is included in the rental price? 

The daily car rental rate based on a 24 hour rental day starting with the hour you pick up the car, insurance and all government taxis are included in the rental price. 


What insurance is included in rental price?  

Rental car, third party liability, drivers and passenger accident insurance is included in the rental price. 


Do I need to leave a deposit? 

We will hold the amount of 200 USD by cash as a guarantee to cover any possible damages made to the vehicle and not covered under the insurance, or insurance franchise which will be hold by company in regards to have the damage reimbursed.


What is your cancellation policy? Is there a charge?

There is no cancellation cost with GSS Car Rental so long as you notify company in advance about it, via email or by phone.


What’s the charge for an additional driver? 

We don’t have any other charges for additional driver. 


May I cross the border to other country with the rental car? 

You may only cross the border to Armenia or Azerbaijan with the rental car, the border crossing documentation has to be prepared in advance in regards to travel to those destinations. 


Where is the office I go to in order to pick up the car I have booked? 

You can pick up the car either at the airport or at the company office.


I need to change some details on my confirmed booking, such as my passport or flight number. How do I do it?

You should email or call us. 


Do I have to go to the office in person to extend my rental period?  

You either visit our office, call or send us an email with personal details, asking us for an extension, it isn't possible to extend via our web page for the moment. 


Methods of payment  

Payment can be made either via wire transfer or by cash, Visa and MasterCard are accepted as well. 


What happens if the car is damaged, stolen, or in an accident?  

In case of road traffic accident or mechanical or other kind of damage of a vehicle customer must summon patrolling police and document the incident. She/he must also call GSS Car Rental or representative of “ALDAGI” on the following phone number: (995 32) 2444999 and inform insurance agent about above mentioned fact, otherwise insurance company will disengage itself from the reimbursement obligation. 


Do you have restrictions on unlimited mileage? 

We don’t have any restrictions on mileage. 


What is the petrol policy? Can I return the vehicle with a empty tank?  

The company will provide the car with full tank of fuel, and it should be returned with full tank, otherwise missing fuel will be reimbursed by customer.   


Will I still be able to have the car if my flight is delayed?  

Yes, you will still be able to have the car. 


Do you provide child seats?  

Yes, we provide child seats, company should be notified about it in advance, it has an addition cost. 


Do you provide GPS devices?  

Yes, we provide GPS devices, company should be notified about it in advance, it has an addition cost.
