FAQ

 1. What kind of documentation does the rental service require from me in order to rent a car?

Copy of your valid driver license and passport.

 2. What is included in the hire price?

The daily rate based on a 24 hour rental day starting with the hour you pick up the vehicle, the vehicle insurance fee and all government taxis are included in the hire price.

 3. What insurance is included in the hire price?

Vehicle insurance, third party liability, drivers and passenger accident insurance is included in the hire price.

4. Do I need to leave a deposit?

We will hold the amount of 200 USD on your credit card or cash as a guarantee to cover any possible damages made to the vehicle and not covered under the insurance, or insurance franchise which will be paid to insurance company in regards to have the damage reimbursed to the company.

5. What is your cancellation policy? Is there a charge?

There is no cancellation cost with GSS so long as you notify company in advance about it, via email or by phone.   

6. What’s the charge for an additional driver?

We don’t have any other charges for additional driver.

7. Where is the office I go to in order to pick up the car I have booked?

You can pick up the car either at the airport or at the company office.

8. I need to change some details on my confirmed booking, such as my passport or flight number. How do I do it?

You should email or call us.

9. Do I have to go to the office in person to extend my hire period – or can I do it by phone?

To extend your hire period, you need to go to our office, call us or send us an email contact@gsservices.ge with personal details, asking us for an extension and authorizing us to charge the relevant amount to your credit card, it is not possible to extend via our web page.

10. Methods of payment

Payment can be made either via wire transfer or by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express plastic cards are accepted as well.

11. What happens if the car is damaged, stolen, or in an accident?

In case of road traffic accident or mechanical or other kind of damage of a vehicle renter must summon patrolling police and document the incident. She/he must also call “GSS” LLC or representative of “ALDAGI” on the following phone number: (995 32) 2444999  and inform insurance agent about above mentioned fact, otherwise insurance company will disengage itself from the reimbursement obligation.

12. Do you have restrictions on unlimited mileage?

We don’t have any restrictions on mileage.

13. What is the petrol policy? Can I return the vehicle with a full tank?

The company will provide the car with full tank of fuel with your request or you can refuel the car by your own.

14. Will I still be able to have the car if my flight is delayed?

Yes, you will still be able to have the car.

15. Do you provide child seats?

Yes, we provide child seats, company should be notified about it in advance, it has an addition cost.

16. Do you provide GPS devices?

Yes, we provide GPS devices, company should be notified about it in advance, it has an addition cost.
